Committees
The New Hampshire Jump$tart Coalition
has formed the following committees in order to achieve its goals. If
you have an interest in joining any of the committees, please contact
the committee chairs.
Education Committee
Provides teacher training, develops state-specific measurements of personal
financial literacy, and conducts the annual MoneySmarts
teacher conference.
Chairperson: Suzann Knight
Public Affairs Committee
Increases public awareness of the coalition's initiatives and mission
by providing marketing and promotional support to all committees and to
the Coalition.
Chairperson: Nathan Saller
Early Awareness & Student Contest
Committee
Identifies methods and events for young children to introduce them to
savings and the importance of learning a savings habit. Also coordinates
the Get 10 Virtual Quest
Chairperson: Tara Payne
Fund Raising Committee
Raises the necessary funds to conduct the initiatives of the coalition
as outlined in its annual Business Plan.
Chairperson: Dan Hebert
LifeSmarts Committee
Serves the state coordinator for the LifeSmarts
competition, "The Ultimate Consumer Challenge", and is responsible
for organizing and conducting the state contest and the state championship.
The state champion represents New Hampshire each year in the national
competition.

Student Engagement Committee
Promotes and coordinates the Junior Varsity LifeSmarts program to NH middle
schools.
Chairperson: Krista
Scarlett
Golf Tournament Committee
Responsible for the coordination of this annual fundraising event.
