Committees

The New Hampshire Jump$tart Coalition has formed the following committees in order to achieve its goals. If you have an interest in joining any of the committees, please contact the committee chairs.

 


Education Committee
Provides teacher training, develops state-specific measurements of personal financial literacy, and conducts the annual
MoneySmarts teacher conference.
Chairperson: Suzann Knight

Public Affairs Committee
Increases public awareness of the coalition's initiatives and mission by providing marketing and promotional support to all committees and to the Coalition.
Chairperson: Nathan Saller

Early Awareness Committee
Identifies methods and events for young children to introduce them to savings and the importance of learning a savings habit.
Chairperson: Tara Payne

Fund Raising Committee
Raises the necessary funds to conduct the intiatives of the coalition as outlined in its annual Business Plan.
Chairperson: Diane Kelly

LifeSmarts Committee
Serves the state coordinator for the LifeSmarts competition, "The Ultimate Consumer Challenge", and is responsible for organizing and conducting the state contest and the state championship. The state champion represents New Hampshire each year in the national competition.
Chairperson: Kathleen Belanger

Financial Fitness Fair Committee
Responsible for conducting the popular annual event for parents and their high school children.
Chairperson: Susan LeDuc


Investment Curriculum Committee
Responsible for the development, production and distribution of an investment simulation curriculum for high school students.

Responsible for the coordination of this annual fundraising event.
